April 2019 – PAT Meeting #10

UB backbone staff present: David Harrington, Dionne Grayman, Danielle Augustine, Kassa Belay, Jason Ludwig

Attendees: 25 participants, including 22 PAT members and 3 FAB members

PAT members thought deeply about place and community and reflected on their experiences with bias which was an important and moving experience that tied into the Learning Landscape project.
PAT members were presented with many different characters in Too Small to Fail’s current creative and asked whether families in Brownsville may be more responsive to some of them.
UB shared a survey to gather PAT reflections on selecting, designing, and redesigning characters
