  • FAB agrees that End State: “The evaluation rate for Black children and Hispanic children is equal to the citywide evaluation rate” is the most appropriate and actionable end state to work with for UB’s immediate Early Intervention focus

  • The Driver Doagram’s primary and Secondary drivers are appropriate and there is significant support for the listed interventions as well as several new intervention concepts, including:

    • New “business processes” that encourage EI referral sources to have “interim contact” with referred families, Initial Service Coordinators and Evaluators to ensure scheduling occurs and appointments are kept
