Ben Wise, Chair
Ben Wise is an Associate Partner at Dalberg Advisors, a social impact consulting firm, where he focuses on global health and justice, equity, & economic mobility. He has advised nonprofit and corporate executives on strategic planning, organizational change, and launch of new products and initiatives.
Prior to joining Dalberg, Ben was Director of Strategy at the International Rescue Committee (IRC), a global humanitarian organization with 12,000 staff and an annual budget of $800M. He also served as head of programs for IRC Uganda, where he oversaw 700 staff and 13 refugee health facilities.
Ben was previously a strategy consultant in the corporate sector at L.E.K. Consulting, was a visiting scholar at NYU’s Marron Institute of Urban Management and has also held positions at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), Innovations for Poverty Action, and Partners in Health. He holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business where he graduated with distinction and an undergraduate degree in Urban Studies from Brown University.

Keith Little
Keith M. Little was President & CEO of SCO Family of Services from 2018 – 2022. He was responsible for oversight of the agency’s extensive continuum of residential and community-based child welfare, early childhood, youth development, family support, special needs, and homeless services during a pivotal period that included the Covid-19 pandemic. During this time, SCO Family of Services partnered with Community Solutions to found United for Brownsville as an early childhood systems change initiative.
A hands-on leader with over 30 years of experience at state, city, and nonprofit organizations, Mr. Little has considerable expertise in the provision of mental health, health care, child welfare, and juvenile justice programs.
He has held senior organizational and program leadership positions at the New York State Office of Mental Health. He served as Associate Commissioner and Deputy Director at OMH, where he was responsible for the oversight of State Operations.
His experience includes posts at the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services and the New York City Department of Health. Mr. Little earned an MPA from Baruch College, City University of New York, and a bachelor’s degree from University of Bridgeport. He sits on the Boards of Directors of COFCCA; the Collaboration of Children and Families (CCF); the Priority and Strategy Council for the Human Services Council; Intellectual and Developmentally Disabled Child Welfare Collaboration; and the Black Agency Executives.

Tiera Mack
Tiera is a Brownsville, Brooklyn, resident and the Executive Director of the Pitkin Avenue BID. She holds a Masters in Urban Planning from Hunter College and is a passionate and dedicated urban planning and policy professional with progressive experiences in urban planning and business strategy.
Prior to helming the BID in 2021, Tiera was a Fellow at the Urban Design Forum and worked in the NYC Department of Small Business Services, growing from a fellowship into a policy advisor role. She has a talent for transforming ideas into growth opportunities, forges strong partnerships across residents and businesses in the community, and helps Brownsville stakeholders create a common vision. Tiera uses research and analytics to implement processes that are relevant to community trends.
