Learning Landscapes has launched!

Categories:

UB is excited to announce that Learning Landscapes has launched at two grocery stores in Brownsville.

Learning Landscapes is a campaign that uses signs with prompts and friendly characters to transform everyday places like supermarkets into learning opportunities for families with young children. It is a collaboration between United for Brownsville, the Clinton Foundation’s Too Small to Fail initiative, and grocery stores in Brownsville that are dedicated to supporting healthy communities. Store employees play an important role in this partnership: helping children and their caregivers turn the daily activity of shopping into an adventure.

Learning Landscapes was recently featured on Spectrum News – NY1. You can see Learning Landscapes for yourself at Food Bazaar (417 Junius St) or Cherry Valley (481 Mother Gaston Blvd).
