• Meeting attendees began to identify a shared, measurable end state — a vision for how we would like EI utilization/equity to be in Brownsville at the end of our work on this issue.

• Attendees also began to identify contributing factors and interventions we could implement and test to see if they lead to improvements in EI utilization in Brownsville.
